Mentoring
Mentoring is offered upon request and subject to availability by the Institute’s faculty contributors and mentors. Depending on the applicant’s needs and the experience of available mentors, the process may address spiritual formation, church leadership, ministry development, ministry relationships, administrative and legal responsibilities, and challenges specific to the leader’s role.
Each request is considered individually in order to identify a suitable mentor and establish the objectives, format, and duration of the mentoring process.
