The Structure of the Formation Process

The process is structured across three interdependent levels. The foundational level forms the leader through character, convictions, and commitment. The functional level develops leadership in family, church, and mission. The multiplication level forms the leader-mentor, able to invest in others through training, mentoring, and delegation.
