This perspective explores, on the one hand, how education can become a space for mission and Christian influence in society and, on the other, how churches can form believers, ministry workers, and leaders through intentional educational processes carried out in informal, non-formal, and formal contexts.

Integrated Learning Contexts
Particular attention is given to integrating different learning contexts—from formation through relationships, experience, and ministry, to non-formal training and mentoring programs, and ultimately to formal Christian and theological education—as well as to how educational institutions can be organized and developed to fulfill their mission responsibly.
From this perspective, education is not reduced to the transmission of information, but is understood as a process of forming and developing people for life, ministry, and mission, as well as a space in which Christian values can contribute to personal formation and the good of society.
