About Us

Our Distinctives

Six characteristics that define how we form and support Christian leaders.

01

International

LFI connects leaders, mentors, trainers, churches, and organizations from different countries and cultural contexts. Its programs, seminars, conferences, and resources can be contextualized and translated into multiple languages.

02

Evangelical & Interdenominational

LFI is rooted in evangelical biblical convictions and serves leaders and churches from different denominational traditions, united by faith in Christ and commitment to the mission of the Church.

03

Practical

The Institute addresses the concrete needs of leaders, churches, and organizations. Formation is connected to the realities of leadership and ministry through programs, seminars, conferences, mentoring, consulting, applied research, and educational resources.

04

Collaborative

LFI works alongside leaders, churches, organizations, and partner institutions. Its programs and initiatives are developed and contextualized through relationships, dialogue, shared experience, and the contributions of those involved.

05

Flexible

LFI offers a variety of formation formats, including on-site programs and events, asynchronous online courses, synchronous Zoom sessions, and hybrid formats when appropriate. Activities may range from individual events to long-term formation and mentoring processes.

06

Dynamic

LFI adapts its resources and forms of support to the current stage of leaders, churches, and organizations. Participants can choose the programs, courses, or formation activities that best meet their current needs, without being required to complete LFI’s entire formation offering.
