Areas of Expertise

Church

Expertise in the church and ecclesial dynamics has developed through the integration of theological research and teaching with pastoral experience, church planting and development, leadership within church associations, and consulting offered to churches and leaders in diverse contexts.

At the heart of this perspective is an understanding of the church as a living spiritual community, called to make disciples, preserve its biblical identity, function in a healthy manner, appoint spiritual and competent leadership, and fulfill its mission in the context where God has placed it.

Primary Areas of Focus

The primary areas of focus include church dynamics and health, the revitalization of ecclesial communities, the planting and development of new churches, and association and cooperation among churches.

Particular attention is given to developing biblical, integrated, and contextualized models through which churches can evaluate their life and ministry, organize their ministry effectively, engage in processes of change and revitalization, and cooperate for the extension of the mission.
